3. SMS, Text, and RCS Messaging
Messaging program. Pro IT Hosting uses SMS and RCS messaging to send account and service-related messages, including one-time passcodes (OTPs), security alerts, appointment and support notifications, and billing reminders. Message frequency varies based on your account activity.
Consent. By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive these messages at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Rates. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Opt-out & help. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message; reply HELP for assistance. After you reply STOP, we will send a single confirmation and will not send further non-transactional messages unless you re-subscribe.
No sharing of opt-in data. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile opt-in information or phone numbers with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Messaging data is shared only with the messaging providers that help us deliver the messages you have requested.
4. How We Share Information
We share information only as needed to run our business: with service providers (such as hosting infrastructure, payment processors, and messaging/telecommunications providers) who process it on our behalf under confidentiality obligations; to comply with law or valid legal process; to protect our rights, users, and the security of the Services; and in connection with a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition. We do not sell your personal information.
5. Data Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
